It's time to kick off the year with a few announcements.
First, there will be an informational meeting for all who are interested in becoming the next SMOB! It'll be on January 4th from 5-6 PM at Carver Educational Services Center (850 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, MD 20850).
Second, there will be a SMOB Council meeting on January 6th from 6-8 PM at CESC. We will be discussing our new outreach program targeted at specific schools (morning announcements and newspapers) as well as the SMOB voting rights bill. We will also begin preparations for the May town hall. Anyone is welcome to come and provide their opinion!
